  • Receiving a damaged or broken item.
  • Receiving the wrong product/design.
  • Manufacturing defects.

Note: Report within 24 hours of delivery.

To maintain exclusivity and hygiene standards, we do not offer returns/exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or "not liking" the look.
  • Minor variations in color (natural in handcrafted art).
  • Damage caused by customer handling.
